Joel Campbell is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Campbell Advisory Services, an independent advisory firm specialising in the delivery of large-scale technology implementation, business transformation, and strategic program delivery.
With more than 20 years of global experience, Joel has led several large and complex transformation initiatives. His expertise spans enterprise technology implementation, operational transformation, AI strategy, and executive leadership.
Joel was the Program Director for Rio Tinto's deployment of Workday and ServiceNow — a three-year transformation program spanning 150,000 employees and contractors across 38 countries and four languages, leading a multidisciplinary team of more than 400 people. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered large-scale programs that combine technology, people, and organisational change to achieve measurable business outcomes.
In addition to enterprise transformation, Joel has led the establishment of data science and advanced analytics capabilities, including the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions into production environments.
